We ask for a minimum of 3 business days for processing.
- Since all of Nina's Body skincare products are hand crafted with naturally dervied ingredients that are made to order. We require a processing period of 2 business days to create the products c you've ordered. Your order will then be shipped ( it'll take up to 3-5 business days to recieve your order)
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business day. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate from the actual delivery of your order.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
RETURNS
- All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Nina's Body.
- No returns or discounts will be provided for final sales.
- Due to the organic formulation process of Nina's Body kincare products, we are unable to accept returned products.

Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any serious, severe life threatening medical conditions. If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using products any products.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Nina's Body is not liable or responsibility for packages that are delivered, lost or stolen. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered, lost or stolen.
Please keep in mind, we are a small business. All items are hand crafted. Please allow time for your item to be consciously made, packed with love and carefully dispatched.
