- Can I get a refund on my order once the item has been shipped?
Answer: Unfortunately because Nina's Body is a skincare brand that is made with organic ingrediants, once the product is shipped it can not be refunded or returned. As a business owner it's my responsibility to give my customers the best quality skicare products. Once a product has been used/purchased by another customer, it would be unhygenic to resell that product to another customer. Therefore NO orders can be exchanged/returned.
- Why do I have to pay for shipping?
Answer: The shipping fee does not go into Nina's Body profit. It goes towards delivering your package carefully and safely to your inserted shipping address at checkout.
- What Would Happens if I type in the incorrect shipping address at checkout?
Answer: You MUST contact me by email, and/or instagram direct messages(DM). With the following information; Your name, email, phone number, what products you ordered with the order number, the Incorrect address that was inserted at checkout and what the correct address should be. The customer must notify Nina's Body as soon as the customer has relized they've inserted the wrong shipping address at checkout. A delay in notification from the customer to Nina's Body will result in the customer having to pay an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of the new shipping label.

- How will your body butters help my skin?
Answer: Body butters are applied to retain moisture, lubricate and nourish the skin. Some dermatologists suggest that people use body butter on their lips, hands, elbows, legs and feet.
- When should I use the body scrub?
Answer: make sure you use it after you have showered or bathed, and after you have used shower gel, soap bar or body wash to cleanse your skin. This ensures your skin is clean and prepped for exfoliation, and the warm water ensures your skin is damp and soft. Then apply a generous amount of Nina's Body whipped body scrub onto your wet skin and rub into your skin in a circular motion for at leats 90 seconds. Then rinse off your skin with luke warm water. To seal in moisture make sure you apply a dime-quarter sized amount of Nina's Body whipped body butter to the desrired area an rub the product into your skin in a circular motion until the body butter is full absorbed into your skin.
